Core Objectives (First 90 Days)

• Maintain system uptime at 99% or higher.
• Improve conversion and automation performance by 25–40%.
• Build unified dashboards for uptime and conversion metrics.
• Strengthen compliance, governance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and document system architecture and schema.
• Conduct QA audits for automation and data accuracy.
• Oversee system integrations and uptime performance.
• Lead conversion rate optimization testing and reporting.
• Manage automation reliability and implement fail-safe alerts.
• Lead cross-functional sprint reviews for performance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
• Provide executive summaries on technical performance and business impact.
