Job Title: Junior Marketplace Operations Admin

Proof Response Group is expanding our marketplace operations. We are looking for a fast, organized, and execution focused Junior Marketplace Operations Admin to help run and scale our sandbox verticals across Restoration, Plumbing, HVAC, and related services.


This role exists to remove operational load from senior leadership and keep our marketplace moving fast. You will focus on finding sellers and buyers, launching sandbox verticals, and making sure routing, tracking, and deployment happen without delays.


Your Mission

Within your first 14 days, your goal is to absorb all sandbox marketplace operations so leadership can stay focused on growth and expansion.


You will focus on:

  • Finding call sellers and call buyers
  • Posting and sourcing in online communities
  • Deploying sandbox verticals
  • Coordinating DID, Ringba, and GHL setup
  • Removing operational drag from leadership
  • Speed and follow through matter in this role.


What Success Looks Like


By Day 7:

  • 25 seller contacts logged
  • 15 buyer contacts logged
  • 1 sandbox vertical live
  • DID requested and configured
  • Ringba and GHL routing confirmed
  • Test call completed
  • Margin tracker active
  • No missed follow ups

By Day 30:

  • 3 sandbox verticals live
  • 100 percent of Tier C verticals managed independently
  • Senior team no longer handling small deal routing
  • Weekly 1 page report delivered consistently
  • Escalations under 10 percent

Core Responsibilities

1. Seller Acquisition

Daily outreach in Skool, Facebook groups, Telegram groups, affiliate communities, and call buying and selling forums.


Daily targets:

  • 20 outbound messages
  • 2 active seller conversations
  • 1 qualified seller added to the tracker


You will log pricing per call, geo coverage, vertical, call type, and volume capacity.


2. Buyer Acquisition

  • Identify service providers in uncovered areas
  • Reach out to small and mid sized operators
  • Qualify pay per call acceptance
  • Log service area and budget

Daily target:

  • 10 buyer outreaches
  • 1 new qualified buyer logged

3. Marketplace Matching

  • Match sellers and buyers under pre approved thresholds
  • If margin meets the floor and geo aligns, deploy
  • If margin is below the floor, escalate
  • No over analysis

4. Rapid Operational Deployment

Once approved, within 24 hours you will:

  • Request DID
  • Submit Ringba configuration
  • Submit GHL routing request
  • Confirm routing logic and call filters
  • Run a test call
  • Log all configuration details


You execute checklists. You do not design system architecture.


5. Sandbox Vertical Testing

Track weekly:

  • Volume
  • Margin
  • Fill rate
  • Disputes
  • Buyer reliability


Produce a clear 1 page weekly report with numbers only.


Guardrails

You do not:

  • Approve new strategic verticals
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Change pricing structures
  • Change routing architecture
  • Handle Restoration or Plumbing Tier A

You escalate only when:

  • Margin is below the floor
  • A legal document is required
  • Volume exceeds cap
  • There is a technical issue outside the checklist


Everything else is handled independently.
