Now Hiring: Regional Sales Director (Northeast, USA – Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and elevate our field sales performance across the Northeast region.
This is a remote role with up to 60% travel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams, achieving aggressive growth targets, and fostering lasting customer relationships in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive revenue growth and margin across the region
– Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers and Account Owners
– Conduct sales ride-alongs to assess performance, provide in-field coaching, and model best practices
– Manage pipeline health, territory development, and customer relationships
– Provide continuous feedback and performance guidance
– Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, vendors, and executive leadership
– Represent the company brand and values externally
Required Qualifications:
– 8+ years in sales or related functions, with at least 4 years in a field sales role
– 4+ years of experience managing field sales teams, with consistent team quota achievement
– Experience in parts distribution or adjacent industries strongly preferred
– Skilled in territory development, customer strategy, and cross-functional execution
