With high-demand solutions in cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power generation, they serve a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, industrial, emergency response, and events.

 

As part of their growth strategy, we are immediately hiring Technical Sales Representatives to help drive market expansion and revenue growth.

  • First-year base salary + guarantee: $90K + 4% commission on top-line revenue

What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will lead market development efforts for one of the nation’s largest climate control rental fleets. Your focus will be on new business development, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence in key industries.

We’re looking for sales hunters with the drive and expertise to develop the Miami-Dade market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
  • Engage in high-volume prospecting through cold calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized rental solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings through ongoing training.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in outside sales (preferably in HVAC, power generation, or industrial rentals).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to spend 90%+ of time in the field, actively engaging with customers.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems (training provided).
  • Experience working with construction, engineering, healthcare, or commercial real estate is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
