Sales Headhunter – Precision Hire (Charlotte, NC | In-Office)

We’ve secured new retained search partnerships and are scaling.


This role is for someone who wants to:

  • Learn directly from a founder with 15+ years in technical sales leadership
  • Build a high-income skillset (sales + headhunting)
  • Be part of a business in growth mode—not maintenance mode


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Headhunting sales professionals across the U.S. (calls, LinkedIn, outreach)
  • Running discovery conversations with candidates
  • Qualifying and presenting top talent to clients
  • Managing candidate pipelines and follow-ups
  • Learning how to sell opportunities, not just describe them
  • Operating with urgency, consistency, and accountability


This is a high-activity, high-output role.

Compensation (Two Tracks)

Option 1 – Base + Commission

  • $1,000/week base
  • 12–15% commission on placements


Option 2 – Draw + Higher Commission

  • $1,000/week draw
  • 25–30% commission on placements

OTE Year 1: $100K+ (no ceiling)

Top performers will significantly exceed this.


Location

  • Charlotte, NC (in-person)
  • Work directly with the founder
  • Transition to a SouthPark office as the team grows
