What You’ll Do
- Own execution of large, complex HVAC and power projects nationwide
- Lead installations, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, logistics, and branch resources
- Manage safety plans, site risk, and compliance
- Control schedules, budgets, utilization, and change orders
- Act as the primary client-facing leader on-site
- Produce clear documentation, reports, and daily updates
- Balance field leadership with computer-based work and virtual meetings
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years in HVAC rental, power generation, or similar environments
- Experience managing large projects, emergency response, or complex deployments
- Strong technical knowledge of climate control and/or power systems
- Comfortable leading without formal authority
- Organized, decisive, calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and disciplined with reporting and documentation
- Willing to travel extensively and be on-call as needed
