Regional General Manager
We’re seeking a proven sales and operations leader to run a high-growth rental services region with full P&L responsibility (around $30M). The Regional General Manager sets the strategy, builds the team, and drives both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Own regional sales and operations strategy to grow revenue, market share, and profit.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and branch leaders; instill accountability and high performance.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and pricing strategies to maximize contribution margin.
- Build senior-level customer relationships and expand key accounts.
- Partner closely with finance and operations to optimize costs and customer experience.
- Track performance through KPIs, forecasting, and data-driven analysis.
- Represent the business at industry associations and strengthen market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of senior leadership in sales and operations—rental, construction, industrial services, or related industries.
- Experience managing a regional P&L of $20M+ with a track record of growth.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Skilled at building and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; trusted at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Technical, or related), or equivalent leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel 50%.
