We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect (Oracle Cloud & AI Transformation) to join our IT Enterprise Product Team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across Oracle Cloud applications, integrations, middleware platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor and technology leader, you'll partner with business and IT executives to develop scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support enterprise transformation initiatives across our global organization.

In this role, you will:

• Lead solution architecture for Oracle Cloud platforms, including ERP, SCM, and EPM.
• Design scalable, secure, and business-aligned architectures that support long-term strategic goals.
• Drive enterprise integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware technologies, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to develop system landscapes, integration frameworks, and reusable architecture patterns.
• Champion AI, automation, and machine learning capabilities to improve business processes, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Guide complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and technology roadmaps.
• Provide leadership across onshore, offshore, and third-party delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Present architecture recommendations and technology strategies to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and delivery teams on best practices and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise architecture, solution design, and technology transformation.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM, and EPM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
• Proven experience designing enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale global transformation initiatives and complex technology programs.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled enterprise solutions, automation strategies, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow design.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and secure integration frameworks.
• Experience managing global delivery models that include internal resources, offshore teams, and systems integrators.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on architectural leadership.
