Job Title: Integration & Functional Architect (Supply Chain / P2P – Oracle EBS)

Remote, 6 month contract


Position Overview

Serves as a dedicated, US-based technical and functional subject matter expert bridging Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and key business stakeholders. This role acts as a strategic liaison between the Systems Integrator (SI), internal IT, and business teams to coordinate integrations across supply chain, procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, while managing boundary system architectures to align with project timelines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Integration & Boundary Systems Coordination: Oversee and coordinate technical integrations between Oracle EBS and surrounding boundary systems across supply chain, procurement, and P2P modules.


  • Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Function as the central technical liaison between the implementation partner/Systems Integrator (SI), internal business units, and IT stakeholders.


  • Technical & Functional Guidance: Provide deep functional and architectural expertise in Oracle EBS supply chain and P2P workflows to ensure solutions meet business requirements and IT standards.


  • Project & Roadmap Alignment: Partner with IT leadership to absorb organizational context, learn stakeholder priorities, and drive integration deliverables according to project timelines.


  • Process Alignment: Translate business requirements from supply chain and procurement teams into scalable technical integration specs.



Qualifications & Requirements


  • Location Requirement: Must be based in the United States (US-based).


  • Core ERP Expertise: Deep hands-on experience and functional/technical domain knowledge in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).


  • Domain Mastery: Proven track record in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.


  • Architecture & Integration: Demonstrated experience in integration design, API management, and boundary system coordination between enterprise systems.


  • Cross-Functional Communication: High proficiency in managing relationships between third-party implementation partners, client business leads, and internal IT teams.
