We bill clients and pay our team members on an hourly basis. We aim to hire only when we have forecasted engagements in the pipeline, but timelines can shift and client needs can change. As part of our sales process, prospects meet the team member who would be supporting them before signing a contract, which makes that team member an active part of closing the deal.
