Position Overview

cllct is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and execution-oriented Manager, Memorabilia and Collectible Strategy to serve as the primary point of coordination for key client relationships and strategic projects. This role is responsible for ensuring client engagements move smoothly from opportunity through execution while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.


The Manager, Memorabilia and Collectible Strategy serves as the day-to-day relationship owner, helping clients navigate auditing, valuation, memorabilia protocols, strategic advisory services and cllct’s platform technology implementation while ensuring an exceptional client experience. As part of this role, you'll help clients adopt and implement cllct's proprietary platform designed to modernize memorabilia management, valuation, auditing and collection programs.


The ideal candidate combines relationship management, project coordination, operational follow-through, and problem-solving skills to help clients and internal teams succeed.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and partners
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Develop a strong understanding of cllct's advisory services, memorabilia protocols and technology platform in order to confidently support client engagements from kickoff through delivery
  • Support client onboarding and project kickoff activities
  • Ensure client expectations, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand engagement


Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate client projects across creative, production, operations, product, and leadership teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure projects move forward efficiently
  • Escalate risks, roadblocks, and resource needs proactively
  • Help create visibility into project status and priorities


Operational Support

  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and client records
  • Assist in developing lightweight project management processes and workflows
  • Support implementation of project tracking tools and operational systems
  • Help improve consistency, accountability, and execution across client engagements


Product & Client Feedback

  • Gather client feedback and insights throughout project execution
  • Identify recurring themes, opportunities, and challenges
  • Partner with leadership and product stakeholders to communicate client needs
  • Help support successful adoption of future technology products and solutions


Business Support

  • Support proposal development, project planning, and client presentations
  • Assist with contract coordination and project launch readiness
  • Partner with the team to continuously improve delivery processes, client experience, and operational efficiency as the business scales
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed


Success in the First 12 Months

  • Build trusted relationships with assigned clients and become their primary day-to-day contact
  • Successfully support cllct’s platform technology implementations and client onboarding
  • Develop working knowledge of memorabilia auditing, valuation, and authentication processes
  • Improve communication and coordination across teams
  • Help create repeatable delivery processes that scale as the business grows
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and operational efficiency


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, partnerships, agency services, operations, or related roles
  • Experience working in startup, sports, memorabilia, collectibles, luxury goods, media, agency, consulting, or technology environments is preferred
  • A genuine curiosity for the sports memorabilia and collectibles industry and a desire to develop expertise in auditing, valuation, authentication, and client advisory services is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex industries, products, or technical concepts quickly
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience using CRM and project management platforms preferred

Compensation & Structure

  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 5-10% based on individual performance, client satisfaction, successful delivery outcomes, and overall company performance
  • Remote within the U.S. with an ability to work eastern time zone business hours
  • Ability to travel periodically for team, client and business-related needs (~10%)
