Join a physician owned, physician lead group that consists of 25 physicians and 17 advanced practice providers.  The group has managed this program for the past ten years.  Tremendous flexibility after rounding on your patients and remain available on call.  Open ICU, but pulmonology and anesthesia also cover the unit.  Codes are run by the emergency department and specialists are available to perform procedures.  Must know how to do central lines and intubations but rarely required.  Join an organization that prides itself on high physician satisfaction with great financial upside.
