Associate Attorney - Personal injury
Why This Role
This is a growth seat for an attorney who wants to try cases, not just push paper. You will own a plaintiff-side personal injury docket with real courtroom time, and you will get there with support rather than being thrown in.
-
$90,000–$100,000 base, depending on experience
-
Paralegal and support staff behind you so your time goes to the legal work
-
A real path to trial: courtroom time with support, then your own cases
- Established plaintiff PI firm in the DFW / Arlington area
- Room to grow into a senior litigator inside the firm, not a seat you age out of
Position Summary
The Associate Attorney manages a personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial: pleadings, written discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals and support staff, and you will be the primary point of contact for your clients through the life of the case.
The firm is open to attorneys earlier in their careers who want to build real personal injury experience and develop inside the firm. Trial experience is a plus, not a requirement; the firm will put you in the courtroom and support you as you get there.
