District Sales Manager / Outside Sales Representative - Texas Based

The Role
We are seeking an experienced District Sales Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be based in Texas (preferred but not required) and will focus on developing relationships with developers, owners, contractors, and other stakeholders in the pre-engineered metal building market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients including developers, general contractors, builders, and end-users
- Pursue complex, high-value projects that showcase the company's unique capabilities
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and assess project requirements
- Work with the company's engineering and estimating teams to develop solutions for client needs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence
- Provide consultative sales approach to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Leverage the company's unique capabilities to win competitive projects
Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry or related structural steel field
- Established relationships with developers, contractors, or other key stakeholders in commercial construction
- Track record of successfully selling complex or custom building solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships

Compensation
- Competitive base salary (flexible based on experience and preference) $50,000-$80,000
- Uncapped commission structure based on revenue
