SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Specialist

We are seeking an SAP PM Specialist t to lead and optimize the Acquire to Retire (ATR), Asset Management (AM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) value streams. This role partners closely with business and IT leaders to drive transformation, operational efficiency, and scalable SAP-enabled solutions across the asset lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a technical and transformation leader for ATR/AM/PM initiatives
• Act as Solution Architect for end-to-end asset and maintenance processes
• Design SAP S/4HANA–enabled solutions aligned to business strategy
• Define system and process requirements and lead governance and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and support solution rollout and adoption
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in ATR, Asset Management, and Plant Maintenance processes
• Strong experience with SAP PM/MM and cross-module integration (FICO, SD, PP, QM)
• Hands-on or architectural experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of maintenance orders, plans, work centers, and mobile execution
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skill

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of SAP techno-functional, architecture, or consulting experience

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications
• SAP Service & Asset Manager or EWM experience
• BI/Analytics tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
• Manufacturing or global operations experience

**Candidate must be local to Houston and willing to go onsite 5 days a week**
