We are seeking a Scrum Master who can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technical product owners to translate business needs into actionable requirements, facilitate agile delivery, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define, refine, and prioritize requirements and user stories.
• Remove obstacles, promote continuous improvement, and ensure delivery alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance requirements gathering, user story development, backlog refinement, and agile planning is highly preferred.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
