Our team is expanding its use of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents, and we’re looking for a business‑facing AI Analyst to help drive adoption across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, O365, and the business—partnering with teams to design, build, and roll out Copilot agents that enhance how people work every day.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with business users to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio (Power Platform)
• Connect data and workflows across O365, SharePoint, and Copilot
• Support pilots using Copilot and Claude and help scale successful use cases
• Train, guide, and “win over” users to drive real adoption and change

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Analyst / Business Analyst / Solutions Analyst
• Strong O365 & Power Platform background (SharePoint a plus)
• Hands‑on or emerging experience with Copilot Studio and AI agents
• Highly business‑facing with strong communication and change‑management skills
• Approachable, personable, and able to build trust across teams
