What You’ll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of business strategy by working closely with business and IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals
  • Serve as a thought leader on the effective and innovative use of technology to solve business problems
  • Identify opportunities to create value by implementing new platforms or re‑architecting existing systems
  • Lead the creation of product and system roadmaps, defining future‑state architecture and capabilities
  • Design end‑to‑end solutions that address architecture, business processes, security, and technology requirements
  • Develop and present comparative analyses of solution options, including risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
  • Help prioritize investments and initiatives across a portfolio of product backlogs
  • Support delivery teams with technical quality assurance, design guidance, and debugging
  • Coach teams on solution patterns, Agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
  • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Build financial models to support technology investment decisions
  • Participate in architecture review forums, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Promote a culture of adaptability, innovation, problem‑solving, and continuous learning

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in technical architecture and systems implementation
  • 3+ years of experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture concepts
  • Business process engineering (Lean)
  • Agile and DevOps practices
  • CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Event‑driven architectures
  • ETL pipelines, data lakes, and/or data warehouse architectures
  • Identity and access management solutions (e.g., Okta or similar)
  • SaaS integrations in enterprise environments
  • Financial modeling and business case development
  • Architecture and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart; Mermaid/PlantUML a plus)
  • Experience with AWS and Databricks strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and be viewed as a trusted technical advisor
