Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration from Oracle on-premises to Oracle Cloud. This multi-phase program will impact approximately 25 applications across the organization and requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery skills. The Project Manager will work under the guidance of the Portfolio Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of project milestones, with Phase 1 going live in October and Phase 2 in January 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute all activities related to the Oracle Cloud migration project.
• Coordinate with business units and technical teams to assess and manage impacts on ~25 affected applications.
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation, change management processes, and communication plans are in place.
• Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to align project execution with program strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strong, hands-on project management experience managing large, complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-application or enterprise-scale projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to engage confidently with executives and technical teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Oracle Cloud migration experience preferred; however, strong general project management expertise is essential.
