Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of cybersecurity projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, budgets, and timelines. This role is responsible for portfolio-level planning, tracking, and reporting, while also managing 1–2 large-scale cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cybersecurity project portfolio, ensuring visibility into all ongoing initiatives, dependencies, risks, and progress.
• Track and manage project budgets, providing regular budget reporting and variance analysis to leadership.
• Consolidate and communicate status updates across the portfolio, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and resource needs.
• Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure portfolio alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage 1–2 large, complex cybersecurity projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain portfolio documentation, dashboards, and reports for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or PMO roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT security.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, perform financial tracking, and report on project health.
• Experience leading large-scale IT or cybersecurity projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements is a plus.
