SUMMARY
This senior level Product Manager will lead the research through competitive understanding for a newly launched Product, Record Insights that will drive the right 2026 roadmap and product direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management as well as experience with doing Business/Product Analyst work (translating requirements into Epics/User stories based) understand market trends and the product user journey and have a keen ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while aligning business priorities around process standardization. You will drive product direction based on numerous insights and competing inputs, define roadmaps, and set up the team for solid product delivery execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deliverables with accuracy and independence. This is a 6-9 month long position which could turn into full time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Strategy and roadmap: Develop and own the product roadmap, translating business strategy into a tangible product strategy, closely working with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Innovation teams, and the Records Services Division..
• Product lifecycle management: Guide product roadmap including managing existing features based on feedback and serve as product leader intermediary with 3rd party product partnerships. Work closely with the Product Management VP for the Records Division to ensure emphasis on a unified solution offering that leverages the AI-enabled customer-facing capabilities is easy to use, understand, and adopt that will drive market share for our Records Division.
• Cross-functional leadership: Act as a central point of contact for teams like engineering, design, marketing, end user personas, customers, technology partners, and sales to ensure alignment and drive the right plan for execution.
• Market and customer insights: Work with Sales and Marketing to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Performance monitoring: Define and analyze product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, confirm outcome-based solutions, and guide future decisions.

• Technical documentation skills, including both data analysis and data visualization.
• Analytical and detail oriented, while managing the ability to elevate conversations to ensure
overarching goals are met
• Experience working with Fully Offshore India Development teams
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in management, engineering, or equivalent field and experience.
• 5-7+ years of direct experience in software Product Management.
• Past experience in QA, Documentation, or Software Customer Support a plus.
• Proven experience with software product lifecycle (SDLC) and SCRUM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Management experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Agile SCRUM, Pragmatic Marketing, or equivalent certifications a plus.
