Position: SAP FICO Lead

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to oversee and optimize the Record to Report (RTR) value stream. This role will drive global financial transformation initiatives, ensure process efficiency, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP expertise with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical leader for RTR transformation, championing innovation and best practices.
• Design and manage end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring compliance and governance across global operations.
• Define and document technical requirements for SAP FICO and related systems.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Lead integration efforts across SAP modules (FI/CO, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Project Systems) and ancillary applications.
• Drive adoption of new solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support, including Treasury and Fixed Assets.
• Strong knowledge of RTR processes, US GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
• Expertise in intercompany, consolidation, and closing applications.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional SAP integrations (FICO, SD, MM, PP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools.
• SAP certifications; experience with OneStream, SAP Advanced Financial Closing, and BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with IFRS and international accounting standards.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance and global transformation projects.
