We’re looking for an Infrastructure Manager to lead global IT operations across servers, networks, cloud environments, and data centers. This role will drive cloud adoption (Azure & M365), oversee disaster recovery, manage vendors, and optimize infrastructure performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations to the cloud
• Manage on-prem and cloud environments (Azure, M365)
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
• Guide and develop a high-performing technical team
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance
• Partner with IT and business leaders on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years of IT infrastructure experience (on-prem + cloud)
• Strong background in Azure (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)
• Experience with change management, patching, and vulnerability management
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical teams
