Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Application/Development Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects within the maritime industry. This role will manage 3–4 projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently engage executives, navigate challenging stakeholder dynamics, and drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of 3–4 application or software development projects at a time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and timelines.
• Manage difficult or high-pressure stakeholder interactions with professionalism and confidence.
• Facilitate meetings, present updates, and influence decision-making with senior leadership.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, budgets, and resource needs.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to align with overall program priorities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in application/software development projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills; able to command a room and engage executives effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in the maritime industry or logistics sector is a plus.
