We are hiring an AI Analyst to support a strategic Agentic Monitoring initiative focused on improving application observability through AI agents. This role is highly hands‑on and centered on configuring, extending, and enabling AI‑driven intelligence using existing enterprise monitoring tools—not building solutions from scratch.
You will work closely with application teams, platform owners, and leadership to ensure systems are properly instrumented and that AI agents have access to high‑quality telemetry across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure AI agents that enhance application observability and monitoring insights, primarily using Fabrics.
- Leverage and enrich telemetry from Splunk and Dynatrace to enable AI‑driven monitoring and intelligence.
- Extend and integrate APIs where tools lack native connectivity to Fabrics.
- Partner with application teams to onboard systems into monitoring solutions, ensuring required observability data is available.
- Develop and maintain standards, checklists, and onboarding criteria (e.g., APM coverage, telemetry readiness, Splunk data quality).
- Collaborate closely with management and platform stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of end‑to‑end system behavior.
- Build solutions within existing tools and platforms, focusing on configuration, integration, and enablement rather than custom development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly applied or agent‑based AI use cases.
- Hands‑on experience with observability and monitoring platforms, especially Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Experience working with APIs and integrations to move and expose telemetry data.
- Ability to understand applications across the full stack (infrastructure, platform, and application layers).
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and translating requirements into standards and repeatable processes.
- Technical, hands‑on mindset; not a pure developer role, but requires configuration and system fluency.
Additional Details
- Fully remote
- Focused on AI enablement and observability, not greenfield development
- Ideal for candidates who enjoy combining AI, systems thinking, and operational execution
