What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor key performance metrics like accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity—and put plans in place to improve them.
- Lead daily standups and weekly team reviews to keep communication sharp.
- Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff, building a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Act as the go-to expert on warehouse management systems (Extensiv/3PL Central experience a big plus).
- Partner with leadership on process improvements, facility planning, and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operating standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in warehouse management, ideally in 3PL or high-volume distribution.
- Experience leading and developing teams of 15–50+ people.
- Strong background with warehouse management systems (Extensiv preferred).
- A sharp eye for KPIs and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and motivating.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bonus points for lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement knowledge.
