ABOUT THE COMPANY

This confidential company is a rapidly growing, mission-driven manufacturer with operations across North America. The organization is focused on building high-quality, durable products that support long-term reliability for its customers. With a strong culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork, the company is scaling quickly and looking for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who’s ready to make an impact and help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing organization. This is not a routine support role — it’s a chance to work directly with senior leadership, create structure within a dynamic business, and contribute meaningfully to legal, compliance, and corporate governance initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with the SVP, Legal and business leaders across the organization, supporting day-to-day legal operations, contracts, governance, and Board-related work. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where no two days look the same, this is an opportunity to grow and make a real difference.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to the SVP, Legal and leadership teams.
  • Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis across a range of areas including contracts, employment, IP, litigation, and governance.
  • Manage corporate governance records, resolutions, and entity filings (formations, dissolutions, annual updates, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Board and committee calendars, meeting materials, and minutes.
  • Support compliance initiatives, assist with policy reviews, participate in audits, and help implement training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR on employment-related agreements and issues as needed.
  • Liaise with external counsel and assist with litigation processes (discovery, documentation, case tracking).
  • Support intellectual property activities such as trademark and patent filings, renewals, and portfolio tracking.
  • Respond to internal legal inquiries and ensure accurate, timely guidance to business partners.
  • Help refine and improve legal department processes, templates, and document management systems.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Strong background in contracts, governance, and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication ability.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or Board-level work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or related field required; Paralegal Certification strongly preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance
  • Additional optional coverage (life, long-term disability)
  • Generous paid time off and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Opportunities for growth and development within a fast-scaling organization

WHY JOIN US?

You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team where your contributions matter. This role offers exposure to meaningful legal work, direct access to leadership, and the chance to help build the legal infrastructure of a growing company. If you’re organized, proactive, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we’d love to meet you.
