ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing & Process Engineer to support and advance manufacturing operations in a technically complex, process-driven production environment. This role plays a key part in continuous improvement efforts—enhancing safety, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across production lines.
The Process Engineer will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to develop, refine, and sustain manufacturing processes. This position offers hands-on exposure across operations and the opportunity to contribute to process reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in a growing organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and efficiency
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive root-cause problem solving
- Lead initiatives focused on waste reduction, yield improvement, and process consistency using LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to introduce new materials, tooling, and process technologies
- Support process qualifications, testing activities, and documentation for both new and existing products
- Create and maintain process documentation including work instructions, control plans, and validation records
- Provide hands-on technical support to production teams to ensure effective process execution
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to cost reduction, reliability, and operational improvements
- Ensure processes meet internal safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing or process-driven production environment
- Strong working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
- Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD; exposure to CNC, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
