The organization develops advanced materials and engineered solutions that deliver superior performance, longevity, and sustainability across demanding environments. With operations across North America and a growing global customer base, the company is known for its commitment to innovation, safety, and reliability.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who is ready to make an impact and help shape the financial direction of a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for driving core financial deliverables including monthly reporting, quarterly presentations, budgeting, and strategic planning. It’s an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys turning data into insights that influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital investments, and operational decisions.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify performance drivers, assess financial implications, and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, highlighting key variances and insights for senior leadership.
  • Prepare clear, concise board and executive presentations, dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Enhance FP&A processes through automation, improved data flow, and streamlined reporting tools.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and other strategic projects as requested by the CFO.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to align financial plans with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership and board audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions.
  • Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance.
  • Additional voluntary benefits and coverage options.
  • Generous paid time off and access to employee assistance programs.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a global organization.

Why Join Us

This is more than a finance role — it’s a chance to help define the story behind the numbers. You’ll have direct exposure to senior leadership, play a key role in strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continued growth of an industry innovator.

We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical, and collaborative professional who’s ready to take ownership, drive results, and grow with a company that’s building the future of resilient infrastructure.

Would you like me to make a shorter, candidate-facing version next (for use on LinkedIn, job boards, or email outreach)? That version would focus more on appeal and tone — less corporate, more conversational.
