Regional Sales Manager — Airdrie/Saskatchewan
Location: Airdrie, Regina or Saskatoon, SK (either office accepted)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Office-based + regular field travel across Regina and Saskatoon markets
About the Role
This is a field-first sales leadership role for a high-performing, stable province within a growing national portfolio. Reporting directly to the Commercial Senior Director (Canada), the Regional Sales Manager leads TSMs and PSMs across the Saskatchewan territory through influence, coaching, and in-market presence — not through direct operational control. Saskatchewan is a recognized top-performer within the organization — with strong market penetration, low turnover, and reps who have won national recognition. This role needs a leader who can sustain a high-performing culture, bring additional coaching rigor, and help the team continue to grow from a position of strength.
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead commercial execution across the Saskatchewan territory — Regina and Saskatoon — with focus on pipeline health, field engagement, and sustained revenue growth
• Coach, develop, and provide field presence to a team of hybrid TSMs (blending TSM and PSM functionality) in both markets; ride-along’s, joint calls, and structured coaching are core expectations
• Partner closely with regional GMs to align on commercial priorities, rep development goals, and market penetration strategies
• Drive field-first rep behavior; reinforce the company's commercial methodology while supporting each rep's individual style and strengths
• Operate within a matrix structure — lead through influence, coordinate with GMs and cross-functional partners, and represent the commercial agenda without direct operational authority
• Use Salesforce and Tableau to monitor KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities, and support data-driven coaching conversations
• Participate in national and regional planning cycles: demand forecasting, go-to-market planning, and annual performance reviews
• Sustain a team culture built on accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement — a culture already producing national award-level results
What You Bring
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams
• Background in oil and gas, construction, modular structures, industrial leasing, portable storage, or similar industries is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix or dotted-line structure — comfortable influencing without direct authority
• Field-first mindset — credible with frontline sellers; will ride alongside reps and coach in context
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM; familiarity with Tableau is a significant asset
• Experience leading high-tenure, high-performance teams; able to challenge and grow top contributors without disrupting momentum
• Must reside in Regina or Saskatoon, or be open to relocation to one of these markets
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — OR 7+ years of progressive sales experience in lieu of formal education
Work Structure
This role can be based from either the Airdrie, Regina or Saskatoon office. Regular presence in markets is expected. This is not a remote role — visible, coaching-focused in-market presence across Saskatchewan is a core part of the position.
