SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (REMOTE – U.S.)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support a dynamic and growing accounting team. This role will have exposure to multi-entity operations and will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, intercompany transactions, payroll, fixed assets, and other core accounting areas
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and provide guidance to team members
  • Perform P&L and variance analysis across multiple operating units, providing insights and partnering with operations
  • Support the development and implementation of internal controls and process improvements
  • Assist with the annual audit process in coordination with external auditors
  • Support training and development of junior team members as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Approximately 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Prior experience in a multi-entity environment strongly preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred or similar)
