As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll architect and build high-scale, low-latency systems that power everything from real-time bidding insights to omnichannel attribution modeling.
💡 What You'll Do
- Design and own distributed, event-driven backend systems for real-time data ingestion, transformation, and reporting across paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, CTV, Programmatic, etc.)
- Lead development of APIs and services that support campaign orchestration, dynamic creative rendering, and performance forecasting
- Partner with Data Science, Product, and Marketing Ops to deploy ML/AI pipelines for audience segmentation, predictive spend optimization, and creative effectiveness
- Build for scale and observability: process billions of daily events and petabyte-scale datasets while ensuring uptime, monitoring, and debugging tools are in place
- Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and elevate engineering standards across the org
- Champion modern development practices such as test automation, CI/CD, code health, and agile experimentation
🧠What You Bring
- 7+ years of production-level software development experience, with at least 2 years in AdTech/MarTech, media buying platforms, or marketing analytics
- Expert in Java, Scala, Python, or Go (we’re flexible on the stack if you bring the right mindset and experience)
- Strong experience with streaming data platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub), columnar databases (Redshift, ClickHouse, BigQuery), and modern data modeling
- Hands-on familiarity with ad APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs), tracking pixels, attribution frameworks, and campaign taxonomy systems
- Comfortable with GraphQL/RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and service-oriented backend development
- Proven ability to ship features end-to-end, balance trade-offs, and align technical work with business goals
- Bonus: Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment), tag managers, consent frameworks, or privacy-safe data engineering
