Are you an experienced UK NHS healthcare recruiter with a strong understanding of the NHS and UK healthcare staffing? We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter based in South Africa to source and place qualified nurses and healthcare professionals into roles across the UK, with a particular focus on NHS as well as bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit nurses and healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent placements within the NHS and UK private healthcare sector
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding
• Coordinate shift bookings and maintain accurate scheduling for NHS clients
• Ensure all candidates meet UK compliance standards including right-to-work, DBS, and training requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and NHS clients
• Work closely with UK-based consultants to match candidates to urgent and ongoing vacancies

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven (a must to have) experience in UK NHS healthcare recruitment
• Strong understanding of NHS booking systems and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time across UK time zones
• Familiarity with healthcare staffing platforms and CRM systems
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for quality placements
