About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong and strategically minded Group Financial Accountant Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This is a pivotal role for a qualified CA(SA) with a passion for group consolidations, forecasting, reporting, and financial transformation. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and tech-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile, high-performance teams, enjoys international exposure, and is motivated to contribute beyond traditional reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage group consolidations across multiple entities and regions in the UK.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
• Collaborate with non-financial stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the finance function.
• Support board reporting and ensure adherence to tight month-end deadlines.
• Mentor and coach junior finance staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• CA(SA) with a minimum of 4 years post-articles experience.
• Article completion at one of the big 4 audit firm.
• Strong background in group finance, ideally with experience in a Group Function role or significant exposure to group audits.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
• Passionate about innovation in finance, with a track record of driving improvements.
