Children’s Residential Home Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to create a safe, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the setup, registration, and launch of the home with Ofsted
• Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
• Delivering personalised, child-focused care
• Recruiting, training, and managing a dedicated care team
• Overseeing daily operations, budgets, and compliance
• Building strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies
• Driving continuous improvement and preparing for inspections

What You’ll Bring

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or 3+ years as a Deputy Manager
• Proven success in achieving good/outstanding Ofsted ratings
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and care planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check
