IR35 Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced IR35 Compliance Officer to manage off-payroll working compliance across our contractor engagements. You will be responsible for conducting IR35 status determinations, issuing Status Determination Statements (SDS), and ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess contractor roles for IR35 compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and risk controls.
• Advise managers and agencies on IR35 requirements.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IR35 and UK tax legislation.
• Experience in compliance, HR, or contractor management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
