We are hiring a Training Coordinator / Administrator. The Training Coordinator manages all administrative aspects of training, compliance and ensuring candidate and staff records are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with healthcare requirements. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and maintaining training documentation—no training delivery involved. Established in 2003, our team supports a growing database of over 7,000 healthcare professionals and is known for providing responsive, confidential, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records, updating systems with certificates, expiry dates, and compliance data.
- Track mandatory training renewals and send reminders to candidates and internal teams.
- Schedule and coordinate all training sessions, including booking trainers, venues, and digital platforms.
- Manage the training inbox, training calendar, and administration systems.
- Coordinate candidate bookings, Clinical Lead appointments, interviews, and supervisions.
- Communicate training details to compliance, candidates, resourcers, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and documentation.
- Support audits by providing required training evidence and compliance reports.
- Generate weekly and monthly training reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the Nursing Team and wider Healthcare Placements Division.
Skills & Experience
- UK Healthcare experience required.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy training schedule.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong computer and systems skills; experience with compliance databases is desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare or recruitment compliance is an advantage.
