We are hiring a fast‑paced, results‑driven Healthcare Recruiter to source and place Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, and Complex/Home Care staff for our UK clients. If you love recruitment, speaking to people, moving quickly, and smashing targets — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, Home Care & Complex Care staff
• Work in a high‑volume, fast-paced bookings environment placing candidates into temporary shifts
• Source, screen, and interview high‑quality healthcare candidates
• Build strong talent pipelines via job boards, social media, networking & referrals
• Partner with the Compliance team to get candidates cleared quickly
• Hit weekly recruitment, productivity, and placement targets
• Keep CRM systems updated and ensure excellent candidate engagement

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or other high-volume recruitment environments
• Strong sourcing and pipeline‑building abilities
• A people‑first attitude with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and confident juggling multiple roles at once
