About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of high‑quality care services and support our team of care workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage care worker rotas.
- Act as main contact for clients, families, and staff.
- Handle emergency cover and last‑minute changes.
- Complete care assessments and reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance.
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or domiciliary care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of care coordination and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident using scheduling systems and MS Office.
