IT Technician – Hands-On Support & Microsoft Expertise (5 years' experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support (onsite and remote)
- Manage the Helpdesk Ticketing system, responding to calls and emails promptly
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows laptops and desktops
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
- Manage SharePoint access and site permissions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a technical perspective
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure and security
Technologies You Will Work With

Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint

Active Directory: User/group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
