We are looking for an energetic Resourcer with UK health or education recruitment experience to join our growing team. You will help source, screen, and manage high‑quality candidates while supporting recruiters in delivering fast, compliant placements.

What You Will Do

• Source and screen candidates for UK healthcare or education roles
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms
• Support candidates through UK compliance and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and submit candidates to recruiters quickly
• Work closely with the wider team to meet booking and performance targets

What You Need

• Experience resourcing for UK health (NHS/private) or UK education recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with UK job boards and UK geography
• Good understanding of compliance processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, organisation, and admin ability
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment
