About the Role

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable UK Recruiter to join our high-performing team. You will specialize in sourcing and placing qualified professionals across the UK Early Years and Education sector, with a key focus on roles such as:

  • Early Years Educators Unqualified - Qualified
  • Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
  • Nursery Practitioners
  • Unqualified to Level 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 Childcare Professionals
  • Room Leaders, Deputy Managers & Nursery Managers

Your role will involve building strong candidate pipelines, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring compliance within sector-specific regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, register, and vet candidates in line with UK compliance standards (including DBS, references, and qualification checks).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries, early years settings, schools, and childcare providers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle—job advertising, screening, interviewing, and placements.
  • Match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent roles within Early Years and Education.
  • Maintain an active pool of Level 3–6 qualified professionals across the sector.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience while meeting personal and team performance targets.
  • Stay up to date with sector requirements, compliance, safeguarding legislation, and qualification frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in UK education recruitment (Early Years sector highly beneficial).
  • Strong understanding of Early Years qualifications: Level 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.
  • Confidence in candidate sourcing—job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for matching great talent to rewarding roles.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
