We are hiring a fast‑paced, results‑driven Bookings Consultant with experience in recruiting in the healthcare space to book , source and place Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, and Complex/Home Care staff for our UK clients. If you love bookings, recruitment, speaking to people, moving quickly, and smashing targets and you have an exception track record beyond you, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Recruit Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, Home Care & Complex Care staff
• Work in a high‑volume, fast-paced bookings environment placing candidates into temporary shifts
• Source, screen, and interview high‑quality healthcare candidates
• Build strong talent pipelines via job boards, social media, networking & referrals
• Partner with the Compliance team to get candidates cleared quickly
• Hit weekly recruitment, productivity, and placement targets
• Keep CRM systems updated and ensure excellent candidate engagement
•  Updating and uploading workers onto portals
• Your duties are not limited to the above, they can and will change depending on needs of the business
