Use database to look for candidates already registered

Sending e-shots

Reviewing job boards for prospective candidates

Pre-screening candidates

Registering candidates and assisting with registration process

Chasing candidates part way through the registration process

Record shifts on relevant CRM

Send shift booking confirmations

Check necessary qualifications/relevant experience

Liaising with compliance/administration teams

Attend team meetings
