About the Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent within the UK Education and Healthcare sectors. You’ll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring an exceptional experience for every applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support consultants with shortlisting and compliance checks.
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Education or Healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
