As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside experienced early years professionals, you will support children’s daily routines, development, and learning activities.

🧸 Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of exciting, age‑appropriate activities
• Assist with children’s daily routines including meals, playtimes, and hygiene
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Observe and record children’s development to support their progress
• Work in line with safeguarding and early years frameworks

🎓 Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children (nursery, preschool or similar)
• A genuine passion for early years development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, caring, and patient approach
