We are looking for a proactive and organised Education Resourcer or Recruiter to support our UK operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in international recruitment, helping shape the future of education while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview education candidates for teaching and support roles in UK schools
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified educators
• Manage candidate compliance and documentation in line with UK safeguarding standards
• Liaise with UK-based consultants and schools to match candidates to vacancies
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in UK EDUCATION recruitment or resourcing is a MUST
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time across UK time zones
• Familiarity with recruitment databases and compliance processes
