We are hiring a fast‑paced, results‑driven Bookings Consultant with sourcing and recruiting in the healthcare booking, sourcing and placing Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, and Complex/Home Care staff for our UK clients. What You’ll Do

• Completing Bookings
• Assisting in recruiting Nurses, Support Workers, HCAs, Home Care & Complex Care staff
• Work in a high‑volume, fast-paced bookings environment placing candidates into temporary shifts
• Source, screen, and interview high‑quality healthcare candidates
• Build strong talent pipelines via job boards, social media, networking & referrals
• Partner with the Compliance team to get candidates cleared quickly
• Hit weekly recruitment, productivity, and placement targets
• Keep CRM systems updated and ensure excellent candidate engagement
• Meet KPIs and weekly targeted hours
