Children’s Services | Behavioural Support | Full UK Driving Licence Required

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for helping children and young people with behavioural and emotional challenges? We’re expanding our team across Torbay and looking for dedicated, resilient, and compassionate individuals who can make a real and lasting impact.

🔹 About the Role

You will be supporting children and young people who present with behavioural complexities, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenging situations. Your role will include de-escalation, structured support, building trust, and ensuring safety at all times.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience supporting children with behavioural challenges

✅ Training in safe restraint / physical intervention techniques (e.g., PMVA, MAPA, Team Teach)

✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

✅ Strong communication skills and emotional resilience

✅ Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

✅ A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
