We are Hiring: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
📍 Rosebank, Johannesburg (On‑Site)
🕒 UK Hours: 9am–6pm (Mar–Oct) | 10am–7pm (Oct–Mar)
📅 Monday–Friday
We are looking for a hands‑on IT Helpdesk Technician (1st and / or 2nd line) with solid Microsoft 365 experience to join our expanding IT Team in Rosebank. As our group continues to grow, you will play a key role in supporting our team, maintaining our IT environment, and ensuring smooth technical operations across our SA and UK‑aligned business.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support (onsite & remote)
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing system and respond to calls/emails
- Set up and maintain Windows laptops/desktops
- Administer Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Manage SharePoint access and permissions
- Support technical onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
- Assist with infrastructure improvements and security initiatives

✔ What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Comfortable assisting with general office maintenance tasks
