We are Hiring: Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – UK Health & Education Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to drive training excellence across our UK health and education recruitment teams. Based in our Rosebank office, this role focuses on building high‑impact training programmes that boost performance, strengthen compliance, and support the growth of our recruitment operations.

What You Will Do

✨ Design and deliver engaging training for new hires, interns, compliance, bookings, and experienced recruiters

✨ Build structured learning pathways that enhance resourcing, recruitment capability, and long‑term retention

✨ Run onboarding, systems training, compliance workshops, and performance‑driven coaching sessions

✨ Analyse training outcomes, produce monthly L&D reports, and continuously enhance learning effectiveness

✨ Partner with UK recruitment leaders to align development initiatives with sector needs

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven L&D experience within recruitment – UK healthcare and / or education experience

✔ Background as a Recruitment Consultant or 360 recruiter (UK healthcare / education a must)

✔ Strong sourcing knowledge, including Boolean search

✔ Experience with VMS/MSP platforms in healthcare staffing

✔ Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and training content development skills

✔ High digital proficiency
